During this period, if you strictly follow all the rules of Maggie, a person can lose 5-10 kg in 30 days (we are talking about losing weight at home, without any physical activity). And this is not the limit at all! As practice shows, this figure can reach about twenty-five kilograms. It sounds amazing, but this weight loss method will allow you to lose weight without much effort.

Perhaps the main feature of Maggie's egg diet is the mandatory strict observance of all conditions. If any other diet can undergo changes that will not be critical to it and will not affect the end result in any way, then it is strongly undesirable to remove any ingredients from the diet (and even more so, to replace them withanything else) . . . . As a result, the result may worsen significantly or disappear completely.

If you suddenly become free and eat something that is forbidden by the egg diet, then you will not be able to continue. We will have to start over.

These strict rules are dictated by the exact calculations underlying this diet. The fact is that during the creation of the diet, nutritionists are based not on the number of calories in a product, but on the chemical reactions of our body. After all, we all know that food is absorbed by our body in different ways and "light", at first glance, the fruit may contain more danger than cooked chicken breasts. Now I would like to talk about the pros and cons that you will encounter when you decide to go on an egg diet to lose weight. The advantages of Maggi, of course, include a lasting result. All the weight you have lost will not return to you after you switch to another diet. In addition, this type of diet is quite "democratic". If you compare it with its counterparts, you will see that there are very few restrictions in the range of products. However, this condition has two "sides of the coin". Side note: the first and second week breakfast should include one or two boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the 1st week it should be whole; in the 2nd week - it is allowed to eat only half.

In addition, for your convenience, lunch and dinner will be called meals II and III, respectively.

Monday

Today all the fruits are at your disposal. You determine the number of meals and their volumes. There are only two standard restrictions: do not eat after 6 pm and do not use the forbidden!

Tuesday

On this day, cooked vegetables and salads are available (of course, without dressings).

Wednesday

Our Wednesday is fruit and vegetable: salad mixes, cooked or fresh - you choose at your discretion, while avoiding only dressings and banned products.

Thursday

As in the best traditions of childhood, Thursday is a fish day. Accordingly, we eat fish, vegetable garnishes, lettuce and fresh cabbage.

Friday

On this day you can relax a bit. You have the right to afford a few slices of meat with vegetables (or garnish of them).

Saturday and Sunday

At the end of the week to unload a little body. During the weekend, only one type of fruit is allowed, for which you can eat "from the stomach" at any time.

Important: the products listed below can be consumed at any time, without restrictions, but it is strictly forbidden to make changes to the menu (removal or replacement of ingredients)!

Monday

Monday is a hard day. You are at home, so treat yourself to some meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits and toast.

Tuesday

Today, as on the previous day, we "spoil" our body a bit. In general, the diet for this day remains the same, with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the already familiar citrus with a slice of melon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will get a little calcium, and to the already known cooked and fresh (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes) vegetables, we will add 1 tablespoon of cheese or cottage cheese, as well as toast and, of course, our favorite citrus fruits. .

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 pc. ), Cucumbers (1 pc. ), Tomatoes (3 pcs. ) And orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

The diet today will be easy: lettuce leaves, a few boiled eggs, standard citrus (of your choice) and a few fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The penultimate day. We slowly begin to prepare the body to complete the diet. Today you can afford a little boiled chicken breast, 125 g of cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a few fresh cucumbers and a tomato.

Sunday

Well, the last day has come! Those who managed to "endure" this unequal battle with their own will and extra pounds, can observe the dramatic changes that have occurred with the figure. But don't relax too much! Try to control in the future what and how much you eat, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tbsp cottage cheese with toast, some cooked vegetables, citrus fruits, as well as a few cucumbers and tomatoes.
